At Elegant Media, we're not just developing apps—we're developing the next generation of tech talent. Our internship program is a unique opportunity for students in the Monash and Melbourne areas to gain real-world experience in the fast-paced world of app development, business analysis, project management, and more.

As part of our corporate social responsibility efforts, we aim to foster the growth of young talent and contribute to the local community by providing internships that pave the way for your future career. Since 2018, we've had around 90 interns participate in our program. Out of those, 10 have been offered full-time roles based on their performance and fit within the company.

Supporting Local Talent Through CSR: Our Monash Melbourne Area Internship Programme

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative focuses on providing valuable internship opportunities to students and aspiring professionals from the Monash Melbourne area. We recruit a maximum of three Business Analyst (BA) interns every three months, allowing us to offer focused mentorship and a high-quality, hands-on learning experience. While we do not have formal university affiliations, we collaborate with agencies like Career Success and Career Panacea to connect with talented interns.

Our programme is open to those currently studying or with relevant work experience, and we have seen great success since its inception in 2018, with around 90 interns joining our team. Ten interns have been offered full-time roles based on their exceptional performance, demonstrating our commitment to nurturing future talent and contributing to the local community.
